How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping over 500 SEK/ $50 / €50
The shipping price for express delivery may vary depending on your postal code, please see the price at the checkout.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We have same day dispatch if you place your order before 12.00. How many days it takes for your package to arrive depends on which delivery service you choose. At the checkout, you can see the delivery options we offer to your address and the estimated delivery time. Right now we offer deliveries with; Early Bird Home Delivery, Postnord Home Delivery and Service point and UPS Express
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping label cost is 59 SEK
How do I make a return internationally?
For customers outside of Sweden the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return with our customer support at hello@bambamlabel.com before sending items back. Please provide us with the order number and the item that you wish to return.
If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you got them. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Tracking
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number linked to the tracking-website.
You can also follow your order by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.
